We take pride in offering both young and mature goat meat to cater to the needs of our customers.  

 

Young goat meat is known for its delicate texture, mild flavour, and tenderness. This meat is versatile and is fantastic in stews, curries, kebabs, and roasts.

 

Mature goat meat is slightly tougher compared to young goat meat. It has a depth of flavour that works well in traditional recipes. Mature goat meat is best in hearty stews, slow-cooked dishes, and braises, where the longer cooking times help to tenderize the meat to enhance its flavours.
